Maryland Prime Notary & Apostille ensures your translation is done by a certified professional and is accurate. However, we are not responsible for any personal interpretations or specific language preferences unless you tell us before the project starts. / Maryland Prime Notary & Apostille garantiza que su traducción será realizada por un profesional certificado y que será precisa. The client must provide clear and readable documents. We are not responsible for errors caused by unclear or hard-to-read materials. The client should also give any extra details needed for an accurate translation. / El cliente debe proporcionar documentos claros y legibles. No nos hacemos responsables de los errores causados por materiales poco claros o difíciles de leer. El cliente también debe facilitar cualquier detalle adicional necesario para una traducción precisa.

Payment is required in full before the translation begins. Refunds will not be given once the translation is delivered. Maryland Prime Notary & Apostille will do its best to resolve any issues to ensure a great experience. / Se requiere el pago íntegro antes de comenzar la traducción. Revisions are included if the translator makes an error. Any changes to the original text or extra clarifications from the client are subject to additional fees. / Se incluyen las revisiones si el traductor ha cometido un error. The client is fully responsible for how the translated materials are used. We are not liable for any legal or other issues that may result from using the translation. Our certification only confirms that the translation accurately reflects the original document. / El cliente es plenamente responsable del uso que se haga de los materiales traducidos. No nos hacemos responsables de los problemas legales o de otro tipo que puedan derivarse del uso de la traducción. Nuestra certificación solo confirma que la traducción refleja fielmente el documento original.

Delivery time is an estimate and may change depending on the translation's complexity and workload. Maryland Prime Notary & Apostille will inform the client of any expected delays. We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen issues like document rejections or revisions beyond our control. / El plazo de entrega es una estimación y puede cambiar dependiendo de la complejidad de la traducción y la carga de trabajo.
